Footcare

A Licensed Practical Nurse at the PCN provides foot care services for patients with diabetes or other foot care issues. These services are available at the Drayton Valley PCN.

Taking good care of our feet has many health benefits. A foot care nurse can help maintain good foot and lower extremity health, adequate care of feet contributes to overall wellness and sustaining our activity level.

Foot care services prevent further health problems and help with other medical conditions including diabetes, poor circulation, arthritis, obesity, vision impairment and other disabilities. Foot Care can also help with foot problems such as corns, calluses, thick nails, cracked heels, nail care, and foot care education.
